Greetings! I thank you for your interest in Closer to God ministries. I hope that we might be able to serve your group's needs in the near future. My wife Amy and our 3 sons live in Northern California, where we are active in the ministry of Calvary Baptist Church. My current "day job" so to speak is teaching at a local Christian school where I put my dramatic and teaching gifts to good use often. I also often preach and bring dramatic messages to churches and youth camps in the area. I love what I do and am very thankful to God for letting me do it!

After graduating with a Bachelor's degree from UC Davis and a Masters of Divinity from Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon I have had the thrill of being involved in ministry ever since leaving school. I was privileged to be able to preach for five years as the senior pastor of two churches as well as teaching various grade levels and serving as a school administrator twice.

I love the Lord with all my heart and have been serving him for over 25 years. I want my life to point others to Him and to help others come to know Him as I have known Him. I have a particular burden to exhort others to grow stronger in their daily relationship with our living Lord. I feel it is truly a missing component in so many of our lives that is just too easily overlooked.
